What is the 1 year rule? Can you give me an example?

Almost all real estate course approvals in Kentucky require you complete the course in 1 year or less. (That’s actually double a college course since you only get to the end of any semester.)

As a result of this regulatory requirement, if you access material during our free trial and you don’t want to repeat the information again once you’ve paid and are inside the course, you need to finish the course less than 1 year after you first access the trial material. (Unless you repeat the material in the course which is perfectly okay)

Example Scenario

You register for the free trial on October 1st, 2016.

You pay for/enter the real estate course on February 1st, 2017.

You would need to finish the course before October 1st, 2017.
(12 months from your first access of material)

You can always repeat anything you want at any time, but the key point is the trial starts your 1 year time frame to cover all the material because you are viewing material that’s included in the course/was listed in our course approval paperwork.¬†
